Government missing essential elements on new flood bill

The British government to soon release a new Flood and Water management bill which is set out to create an effective way to managing flooding and coastal erosion.
The government are so far missing a few important things. Social housing, signposting and guidance as well as resilient repair have all been left out of the proposed bill. This means that when somethign does happen thier insurance will only pay for the current problem and not to pay for things to prevent something else from happening.

Instead of watching it on the television why not go out and give winter sports a go. Now obviously you cannot just jump straight in there without first having lessons as you are likely to cause yourself some harm. This is not just for amateurs as even experienced skiers do not know when or if they are going to have an accident. 1 out of every 100 skiers are likely to suffer an injury in a typical 5 day ski holiday which is not good. However if it is snowboarding you fancy this is likely to be halved with 1 in 50 doing themselves an injury.
