I was like you once upon a time…assuming you’re young, smart, and good looking…but I digress. But that’s not it, look, I was once like you who spends too much time searching for a good helicopter simulator download. And by little success, I mean no success. Some average simulators are available, but I’m not satisfied with them. And outstanding was finally what I found with Flight Pro Sim.

I therefore conclude after hearing about Flight Pro Sim that I have to try this helicopter simulator. I was never hesitant to buy the game’s full version. This gave me access to the entirety of the game’s features, including more than a dozen different helicopters (in addition to dozens of other aircraft types), as well as a complete world to explore.

There are various models such as the Sikorsky, Eurocopter, and Chinook. Each helicopter is fully detailed on both the outside and inside, and your aircraft is viewable and flyable from many different angles. You begin with your chosen aircraft on the runway of the airport of your choice (of which there are about 100 choices initially, and thousands more once you actually get into the game’s world).

This helicopter simulator download is so impressive that it actually simulates accurate weather and time of day (assuming you have an active internet connection while you play, which can also be used to play online with other helicopter and aircraft lovers). I tried out first the airport in California and it was turning dark outside my window just like what’s happening in the game.

Being a bit of a wimp, I decided to adjust some of the settings, and switched the time of day to daytime. In an instant, the screen lit up and became daytime in Flight Pro Sim’s virtual world. This helicopter simulator download has a wide range of different options which are fully adjustable like this, including weather conditions, and aircraft specific options like control configuration.

With the virtual sun blazing down on me, and visibility at a level suitable for a scaredy-cat such as myself, I powered up my helicopter and took her up. She rose smoothly into the sky, rising to about 1,000 feet before I dropped her nose and started plowing forward, cleaving my way through the California sky. The control was easy to get a handle on, yet still challenging enough to keep you honest and your mind focused on the task at hand.

After my first flight of just over 200 miles, I was thoroughly impressed with this helicopter simulator download, and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone. I’ve since played it dozens of times, and learn and experience something new each time. Flight Pro Sim is a terrific game which remains to be the best among other flight simulator games.
