New Weight Loss Tips

The first tip was on fiber he said that a healthy fiber diet should include 35 milligrams of fiber for men and 25 milligrams of fiber for women.
He went on to say that not only will it keep you regular but it will speed up you bowls and give your body less time to soak up all the fat out of your food. He also stated that as you eat we all know you stomach uses bile well as that bile goes through every ones intestines it gets absorbed be the body and that is one of the causes of high cholesterol!! So by eating more fiber it speeds up the bowls and gives the intestine less of a chance of absorbing all the bile therefore lowering our cholesterol! That’s why the older you get the more doctors tell you to increase the amount of fiber in your diet! Before you try this one there is one tip that you might need to know don’t suddenly increase your fiber that fast especially if you do not normally take fiber. It is going to lead to a little bloating and a little gassy because it will increase the activities in your bowls but it will not take long for the body to adjust. During the next two weeks I am going to find out if this is true by putting this diet to the teat. Ok, so far it has been two weeks since I started the fiber diet. I only had one bad day that I kinda cheated but I lost 5 pounds in two week. It is not exactly a rapid weight loss solution but I am going to for sure include it in my regular diet I am sure it will help with my weight loss diet.
The next tip that he suggested was to increase our calcium intake. He said that the normal daily recommended amount is 1200 milligrams. He said that the calcium bonds with the fats in your body and will help remove them. After a couple days you will notice that your poop will begin to float that’s the fat your body is getting rid of because oily fat floats in water! I have already done this one and it is true every word of it. It will remove up to six pounds in a year it does not sound like much but coupled with a healthy diet it will make a difference. This is not really a way to lose weight fats but it will keep your body clean and keep you from gaining more unwanted weight. Now much like the fiber diet there is something you need to know first. As you take 1200 milligrams of calcium it will start to constipate you so with the calcium you need to take 800 milligrams of magnesium and this will help keep you regular.
