One of the first places to look is neighbours, as companies who have a lot of clients in a close area are bound to have a good reputation. Even doing a Google search for a cleaning company (eg a search for Office Cleaning in Leicestershire if you are based in the Midlands) will bring up some contacts  for you to work from. There are many cleaning services available, but in order to find the right one there are some things you should definitely watch out for. One of them is that any service you call should be licensed and insured. This isn’t enough though, a good cleaning service should also be bonded. If you don’t know about bonding, bonding is where all service employees are fingerprinted, and checked for criminal records. This way, if there is any kind of theft in your office while the cleaning service is present, you can find out right away.

Avoid a company that doesn’t provide references, as any good one would be proud to. They should be a company that specializes in office services, and provide a variety of important things, like keeping the bathrooms sanitary, vacuuming all the carpets, mopping and waxing any tile or hardwood floors, as well as emptying garbage cans, cleaning break rooms etc. Check around carefully for prices and duties included. Once you’ve chosen the cleaning company that you’d like to go with, it’s a good idea to meet face-to-face in order to discuss your needs. My last tip is to always make sure that you’ve both signed a contract that specifies exactly what you’ll expect and for what price.
